NexSense water damage solution revolve around two devices from our partners at Dam-It. The Dam-It Automated Water Control Valve detects when water pressure has changed and can turn the main water valve off. This combined with flood sensors that are placed around water heaters and sinks will continuously check for leaks and be ready to shut off the water supply at a moment’s notice. The system will send you a text and/or email when the pressure has been changed or water has been detected.
